John E Holleman State Pioneer Dies in Springfield
John E Holleman 67 pioneer farmer and business man died suddenly at his home from heart trouble. A former state senator from Bon Homme county in 1888 and 1913 House member, he served on the city council at his death. He came to Springfield from Michigan in 1884 and later ran a garage with his son. Surviving are the widow, son and two daughters. Funeral services set for Saturday afternoon.
