Mitchell dispatch reports Frank E Ledbetter and Phillip McMaboe, both mobile salesmen, died from injuries after their car left City 18, struck a ditch and guard rail. They died hours after hospital admission. Ledbetter had recently moved from Seattle to Salem area. McNabee worked in the weed car business in Salem.
