Chicken Thief Sent To Prison In Sioux Falls Case
Noah W. Bronson of Sioux Falls pled guilty to stealing 40 chickens from the Ball Farm near Huron. He was sentenced by Circuit Judge Alva Taylor to ten months in the state penitentiary after being confronted by Deputy Sheriff A J Larsen. The birds, 20 black Anconas and Leghorns, were sold for 27.78 to F N Jensen at Wolsey on June 20. Bronson, a former Clark county farmer, later worked in Huron at the Armour plant.
