Jumping Joe Savoldi of Three Oaks Michigan defeated Chief Joe Allen of Pawhuska Oklahoma in two straight falls in a wrestling match in St. Joseph Missouri. Savoldi won the first fall in 21 minutes 10 seconds and the second in 15 minutes 40 seconds. Savoldi weighed 235 pounds and Allen 230 pounds.
