Parsons Held On Liquor Charge In South Dakota

George Parsons of Huron appeared before U. S. Commissioner John P. Saver on a charge of selling transporting and possession of intoxicating liquor. A continuance was granted until Saturday while attorney Max Reyhl, who was in Pierre, was arranged. Parsons was placed under a $1000 bond. The alleged violation occurred in Jerauld County on July 12. Deputy U.S. Marshal Walter Goetz of Aberdeen arrested him.

Man Injured When Rail Car Strikes Truck Near Sioux Falls
