United States marshals and local police hunted Oct 4 for Claude Richardson also called George Thompson who escaped from the Pierre city jail Tuesday night. Richardson, held for post office burglary in federal court, was reported seen near Gettysburg last night. In federal court, Arthur Rey Coram faced transportation of a stolen automobile from Minneapolis to Cresbard as his trial began. The grand jury issued a partial report and kept considering cases.
