Mrs Ella Eckhart spends Thanksgiving in Minneapolis. Mr and Mrs Morria Hows and Lois Snyder go to Ashton for the holiday. Miss Florence Risinger arrives from Rochester Minn to spend Thanksgiving with her parents and plans Miller dinner with Dr Betts and Dr Liga Betts. Miss Risinger returns Sunday morning. Miss Catherine Himt, a University of Nebraska student in Lincoln, returns for vacation with Darlington Hendrickson and Gordon Betts from osteopathy college. Several Brookings College students, including Misses Townsend, Bowers, Costata, Smith, Ethel and Ruth Bowe, and Glen Sutera, arrive in Huron for break. Lois Birks returns from Vermillion after Thanksgiving at USD. Marie Birks, teaching in Canova, also comes home for the holiday.

Orcutt Named State Aeronautical Inspector in North Dakota
