Horse Buyers Active in Madison Area Trade Shifts

Madison November 18 The Augustana Northwestern railway reports riding a surge in horse shipments this fall with buyers operating west of town. Horses are sorted for farms, fur bearing stock, slaughtering points and work stock. Colts fetch higher prices. ranchers use stock to clear ranched ranges and gain ready cash. Prices top around 20 dollars per head with many sales at lower amounts.

Airport Is Ed Built In Hills Town

The Rielle Fource Alviine Company works at the air pot Lares miles north of town with major upgrades. A second field will accommodate at least six planets. A short distance from the first has been built. Electric Negima installed for beacon illumination. trenches are dug for pipes to heat and vent the hangars. President dinkins says the improvements are preliminary and within a year a flying field will meet commercial needs.

Board to press hearings on South Dakota shipping rates

The Dekota Board of Raitraacscasa QT ers will be represented at three Interstate Commerce Commission hearings on the legality and reasonableness of shipping rates to South Dakota. Sioux Falls State School for the Deaf and its campus undergo about $100000 in upgrades including a new dormitory, an industrial building with a laundry and manual training, a combined gymnasium and auditorium, and fireproofing plus infirmary space.
