Homestake Mining Co. omits the monthly dividend of 37 cents a share due at its time. SHANGHAI November 5 A Chinese army spokesman said Japan is massing troops for a large scale preparation in five Chinese provinces. 50 000 to 60 000 troops in Bankow Hupeh and 10 000 to 20 000 in the Tai Mountains Shantung coast. The spokesman warned objectives are unclear until a drive begins.
