Broker Who Figured In S D Bond Refinancing Tells Of Langer Affair

A Minneapolis bond broker testified before the Senate elections committee that he paid Senator Langer 610 in 1936 for legal help in bond sales to the North Dakota workmen s compensation bureau and for advice on other matters. He also said Hugh McCullough received about 18 000 for services in bond transactions and discussed participation with other dealers and local banks.
