Dan Cardigan’s strained love triangle spurs Europe trip
In a melodrama of romance and family pressure, Dan Cardigan faces Monnie O'Dare's departure abroad with Miss Anstice Cory as he grapples with Sandra Lawrence’s dinner-prompted social duties and his own desire to escape. Monnie’s departure unsettles him while Geraldine hints at Charles Eustace’s interest. Dan frets over family expectations and love as he contemplates leaving town to find freedom.
