Burglar Is Given Two Year Sentence in Claremont Case
Aberdeen May 24 Charles High also called Charles Heigh laborer at Claremont was sentenced by Circuit Judge Van Buren Perry to two years in the state penitentiary after pleading guilty to third degree burglary. He participated in the February burglary of Axel Swenson grocery store. County officers filed the case after James Swanson of Claremont confessed. Swanson admitted burglarizing Johnson general store and other Claremont thefts and implicated Ralph Suedmeier who faces arrest on charges of receiving stolen property. Suedmeier may be arraigned next Wednesday morning.
