State Tree Bounty Will Not Conflict With AAA Payments

AAA tree planting allowances do not conflict with the state tree bounty of five dollars per acre for each year of ten acres. Assistant State Secretary of Agriculture Charles E. Weller explains AAA payments set seven dollars and fifty cents per acre for six hundred fifty trees and shrubs per acre, with five hundred per acre in special cases. The law requires trees to be grown successfully and practices to meet good planting standards.
