District spelling contests in Bye county conclude with winners in Arlington and Heen districts. Wellington March 5 Special no chance was seen today of opening the empty line road north from this city until spring. Business men of this city recently sent money and rented a state owned snow plow to clear the road, but the frost after last week's thaw left the road a sheet of ice and the plow made no headway.
