Freeman J. Woods, once of Huron, earns a front page honor in National Life Insurance monthly. He leads January volumes for his Chicago agency, covers the greatest agency, personal, and overall January business. Woods, a North Dakota State graduate, relocated to Chicago after leading the Huron office. He married Josephine Richards, daughter of R. C. Richards, in Huron.
Aberdeen March 4 police search for a man who robbed Miss Mildred Burns near a garage alley. The $700 diamond ring, a gift from a gentleman friend, was not described. Police are pursuing several leads to recover the jewelry.
