In Mexico City March 1 Catholic priests must file their addresses with the government to avoid civil action for rebellion or accomplice to rebels. The acting interior secretary warned strict penalties for noncompliance. One hundred seventeen priests filed addresses Thursday, with totals said to exceed that number. A government statement also urged public help in disciplining unfaithful employees.

The two story brick Sprague building at 6 Kateas avenue southeast near Federal square was sold by Dr. B H Sprague for 35000 to J We Crabb president of Yellow Transportation a taxi and trucking firm allied to Yellow Cat. February 1928 saw 21 arrests by Huron police, up from January’s 11. Across the two months, 29 arrests were recorded. intoxication led with ten cases, liquor possession three, disorderly conduct three, investigations two, intoxication with liquor two, and assault and battery one.
