Governor Grants Pardons To Two

PIERRE July 3 4 A conditional pardon for W H McNicholl of Kibert Colo serving a 30 year sentence for manslaughter was granted by Governor Warren Green. The pardon is conditional on never returning to Tripp. The governor also pardoned John Hydinger from Davison County serving 244 years for obtaining money under false pretenses conditioned on returning to his Nebraska home.

Few Cases Left In Circuit Court June Term Nears End
