Arthur Tremain newly named manager of the Huron Montgomery Ward store speaks warmly of Huron and its business spirit. Tremain, a Michigan native, arrives from Montevideo Minnesota where he previously managed a smaller Montgomery Ward location, and he expects Huron to become a leading city in the state.

The invited group praised Miss Martin for an illuminating prefatory talk and deep music history insight. Her performance spanned ultra modern pieces by Cyril Scott and a rain-tinged B minor Prelude, ending with the dazzling Invitation to Dance. Miss Stone offered bright readings between main numbers.
