Yankton College yesterday morning held its commencement with an unusually large share of high honors. Charles Dahlberg Wagner ranked summa cum laude as top student. David Shulerberger of Wessington Springs was among five magna cum laude recipients. Forty earned bachelor of arts degrees, four earned five-year degrees, six honorary degrees were given, Louis L.
