Boy Burns To Death On Farm Near Wall
The body of Harry Clarin, about 18, son of Mr and Mrs John Chitin of Rockerville, was found early today in the ashes of the Harry Babcock farm home about 18 miles north of here. He had been left alone in the house last night while the Babcock family visited a daughter in hospital at New Underwood. Rain kept them away, and they returned to Wall and stayed over night. The position of the body suggests a struggle to escape as the farm home burned. Lightning during an electrical storm is thought to have started the blaze since the stove had not been used that evening.
