Re instituted of Consecr Older & Quinlan Municipal Engineering Company of Chicago, successful bidders for the sewer intercepting and disposal plant system in Huron, will begin work next week after a city commission contract. The firm will provide complete engineering services for a plant designed to handle waste from the city and from Mour & Company’s plant, with a resident engineer at 350 dollars a month and an inspector at 250 dollars. A 5250,000 spring bond made the project possible, but final plant cost hinges on contract let and preliminary surveys.
