Glenne R. McArthur secretary of the Huron Chamber of Commerce will become public relations director at Northwestern Public Service, starting about April 1. The transfer follows five years as secretary and a bye year contract, with duties including employee meetings, educational courses, public speaking and corporate relations across the Northwestern system spanning Nebraska to North Dakota.
