Wallace A. McCullen, who has practiced with Max Boyd in Huron for a year and a half, will move to Rapid City to practice law starting January 1. He will join T. B. Thorson, Pennington County state’s attorney, in Rapid City. McCullen came to Huron in 1933 from Vermillion after completing the University of South Dakota law program and was an unsuccessful Democratic candidate for state’s attorney in Begdle County in November.
