Donald Wiles Alice Wiles and Jay Pippett were arraigned before County Judge R. M Russell on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. They pled not guilty and were bound over for trial in county court with a 500 bond. The States Attorney states they encouraged a minor girl to a place of ill repute and to drink liquor, even purchasing it for her, leading to intoxication and an ensuing apartment visit. Attorney I.
