Huron officials near completion of a 60,000 dollar bonded warehouse to launch a new era in industrial development. Construction began Oct 2 after the Central Warehouse Company formed by Huron businessmen. The fireproof building provides 26,828 square feet, room for auto storage, general goods, and soon transfer services. An elevator handles 6,000 pounds, and local tradesmen including George C. Hunt and Robert Berndt contributed plumbing and electrical work.

Frank Lacompte Mobridge found the body near the west river highway about 30 feet off. Blood pools nearby. Verdict murder at hands of an owner maiden sutopey showed Payne dead since Thursday night.
