Agricultural program outlines for 1937 adjustments

Payments will be made to farmers who shift up to 50 percent of soil-depleting acreage to soil-conserving uses and adopt approved practices. The base for payments is the soil-depleting base on each farm. Farmers whose soil-conserving crops were destroyed may qualify for full payment by matching shifted acres with new seedings of soil conserving crops.
