New members earned their spots with points as Irene Goodlander opened with welcome remarks. The Wairfield Hope Ladies Aid met with Mrs. L Likeness last week. Fifteen members attended. Officers elected for the new year are Mrs. Anderson president, Mrs. Van Horn vice president, and Mrs. L Likeness secretary and treasurer. An oyster supper is planned for December 13 at the O J Olson schoolhouse. Gifts will be exchanged at the January 2 meeting at Mrs. O V Olson's home. A luncheon followed hosted by the hostess with assistance from Mrs. Shultz and Mrs. Ross Cumming.
