Mother Nature delivered a second rain shower over South Dakota last night and today, bringing weekly totals close to one inch. By 10 am, .33 inch had fallen, added to Sunday’s .62, with light showers possibly continuing. C N W Railway records show division-wide rainfall from .25 to .75 inch, with higher readings in Hitchcock, Redfield, Aberdeen, Watertown, Doland, Clark, Miller and Rapid City at .08 inch.

Three Executed And 300 Arrested In New French Roundup

Out Of Season Pheasants Cost Men Fine
Clyde Baird and Joe Rounds of Iroquois paid 41 dollars for five pheasants shot out of season early Sunday. Two Children Die in Hyde County Farm Barn Fire
