Beautiful Voiced Dogs Acquitted In Dallas Court

In Dallas Texas on August 15 to 19 Judge Joe Hill dismissed a case against W C Green for not buying licenses for 11 hound dogs that bay at the moon. Green said the dogs have voices, some bass and soprano, and Tennessee is cited as a context for listening rather than hunting. The judge referred to the Bugle Ann Case in the exchange.

Two Killed In Aberdeen Crash

In Aberdeen on U S 12 four miles west of town an auto collision Wednesday evening left two dead and six injured all occupants of one car. The dead are Ford Olson of Mobridge a druggist and his wife Mrs Olson who died later. Also injured were R V Van Schaak of Mobridge and his wife their daughter Hazel 10 and niece Darla Netherda 8 of Wood S D. The Van Schaaks were to be discharged today. the two girls remained in hospital with leg cuts while Mrs Van Schaak had minor bruises. The Mobridge car reportedly turned into a farmyard for water causing the crash with the Christian car churning the left front end and sending the Olson car into a ditch and rolling. The Christian car stayed on the road.
