Northwest College of Commerce in Huron expects unusually high enrollment this year says President Jorge W. Chitty. Tuition offer waives summer term charges for fall entrants who enroll by Sept 1 and study nine months, while four existing teachers plus new hire Miss Evelyn Elliott will lead expanded programs including shorthand and a new higher accounting night course.
