Burial followed in Blue Earth. He led the Ianuy Neeley Wholesale Fruit and Vegetable Co. in Mitchell after earlier serving as Express Co. manager and Haley Neeley worker. Man Who Stole Tools And Gasoline Arrested
REDFIELD Aug 6 Three weeks search for the thief who stole tools and gasoline from a state highway maintenance crew ended yesterday with the arrest of Sam Walters a farmer living northwest of here. Tools in his possession were identified by maintenance crew members and Walters was placed in the Spink county Jail. Officials had on the lookout for tire tracks similar to those left by the car used to reach the equipment at night. Deputy Sheriff Grant Haggerty traced a match with Walters tires and the tools were found on his farm.

TYNDALL Aug 6 (2) Joseph Siman about 45 is in serious condition at Dr H Klima emergency hospital after an automobile crash near Tyndall.
