Olson Arraigned in Liquor Possession Case at Drug Store Raid
Harold L. Olson, son of the store proprietor, was arraigned Saturday afternoon before Municipal Judge Dick Hanley and waived preliminary examination. He was bound over to circuit court on a charge of possessing intoxicating liquor after a raid on a North Side drug store at 417 Dakota Avenue North. Bond set at 500 and attorney Irving R. Crawford appeared. Officers from federal, county, and city forces conducted the raid. a teapot, alleged liquor, was found on a gas stove.

Plan to Sue for Memorial Funds
Pierre August 2. Suit against Codington county commissioners for 4400 dollars alleged dues to the World War memorial building fund will be started soon. Lawrence K Fox secretary of the memorial commission says the amount will heat the building and make it habitable this winter. The claim rests on a tax levy approved to aid construction but not placed in the building fund. The levy was authorized in 1920 during a special legislative session. If suits succeed, funds could enable heating connections and permit moving the state historical department and museum from the state house to the new building.

Death of Mrs Calhoun in Michigan Car Crash
