Sanitation Board Hilo meeting notes and local actions
The Boat of Health met at 3 o clock in the afternoon with President LB Pinkham reporting on a September 1 1904 meeting. Deputy Sheriffs for various districts were appointed by the Acting Governor, with confirmation requested. The President may visit inland districts and a pro tem replacement may be appointed during absence. William Green Jr of this city died September 12 1904 aged 23. funeral arrangements announced.
