TWO POL COURTS IN DISTRICT COURT SESSION
Yesterday afternoon both judges of the District Court presided. In Judge Perry's private room the examination of Mitele lt for breaking into a Japanese named Susikashi Einano's house ended with bound over to the Circuit Court on bonds fixed at flood. Charles Browter pled guilty to forgery counts and was held for trial on both charges. He is accused of forging Brashtow money orders for 68.56 and another draft for 20029 while Jose and W C Wilder Jr are named in connection with the draft. In Judge Wiley's court the perjury examination of Law so on aw charge concluded with a finding there was no reasonable probability of conviction. All other calendar items were postponed to future dates.
