Sale of Fish Permitted by Board of Health

The Board of Health approved regulated sale of ocean fish within specified Honolulu limits. David Keliipio was named government inspector of fish, required to personally examine each fish piece and verify origin. Rules require inspections, daily permits, and penalties for violations. guards to oversee ponds were ordered and the board adjourned after noting minor committee changes.
