Guardian ship case and lost will under probate ruling

Judge De Bolt resumed the Sumner guardianship hearing and admitted the will of Francisco Botelha as the last will and testament, appointing J. P. Diag as administrator with the will annexed and a bond of 2180. In a separate suit, the Honolulu court found Wong Pul’s damages for a horse gear loss in full against the infant defendant, held the contract void for the minor, and ordered costs to the plaintiff. Judge Robinson appointed Koaho as executor with a small estate, approved the accounts of I. M. Downett as executor, and appraisers to serve gratuitously. May pending.

Manners Bergstrom Collapses in Stable District Forenoon

Mrs Bergstrom collapsed in front of Territory Stables from an epileptic attack. Patrol wagon and Indy conveyed her to Queen's Hospital. Bergstrom has had similar attacks before. doctors deem this one not serious. Also note Judge Water naturalized 44 aliens, mostly Portuguese, and Judge Kate declared Ab Tim bankrupt.

Coptic Steamer Arrives After Fast Long Voyage to San Francisco

The Coptic docked at a quarantine wharf at 11am reporting a swift voyage from Hong Kong September 8 Shanghai September 20 Nagasaki September 29 Kobe September 24 Yokohama September 27. Travel time Yokohama to this port was thirteen hours and twenty eight minutes. On board are 410 passengers including D Brun a touring traveler en route around the world and James Mackay England's envoy to recent Chinese treaty talks. Japanese guests in Kalibi clash ends in arrests

Last night in Kalibi a violent brawl broke out at a road front house near the slaughterhouse. Japanese residents, bruised and drunk, led to police arrest of several men for fray and drunkenness. Court heard pleas with two men fined and others’ cases continued as one hospitalized.
