Craleo and crew plan second cruise to Hawaii island

On Wednesday evening Thanksgiving Day dinner will be served at the Hawaiian hotel to introduce the new chef, Harder, a New York veteran who has led kitchens in Delano's Metropolitan Grand Union and other top houses. He later ran the Palace hotel kitchen under Warren Leland and also worked at Hotel del Monte Monterey. EC Mrr toe lured him to Hawaii as part of expansion plans, with ongoing improvements boosting the hotel’s metropolitan appeal. Harder now heads the culinary department with a salary of 400 a month.
