Counterfeiters Sentenced by Dole Court

Three counterfeiters faced Judge Ely and were sentenced to one year in jail with costs but a suspended fine. All are paroled on oath free of the payment. Kim Bong Chuen differed in counterfeiting method and aided officials in illustrating how to make phones. The trio, Koreans Kin Bong Chun Keng Chi Soon and Chi Hong Yong, all remained in custody as prosecutors requested a continued term.
