Bishop Willis Enjoined Over Honolulu Cathedral Dispute

Large sugar crop and mill upgrades at Waialua

Rutmann Case affirmed murder attempt conviction

The Supreme Court overruled exceptions and affirmed the lower court sentence in the George H. Rutmann case for attempted murder. Justice Humphreys delivered the unanimous opinion, holding that an accused can be charged as principal and as necessary before the fact in the same indictment.
