White patrons attend special act at Chinese theater

Coroners Inquest Returns Verdict On Shik Yok Death

A Honolulu coroner jury found Shik Yok died from stab wounds inflicted by Wong Took in Honolulu in 1895. The inquest, held before Coroner H. R. Hitchcock, listed jurors Chang Chan Wong Wo Foy Willian ty Croward Alang Ub Akwai Ah On and recorded the verdict on November 12.
