Death in Custody After Alcohol Orgy and Fight

Post mortem shows alcohol poisoning as cause of death of Lang while under arrest. Three men, Zalomion Kupthea John Keabenu l Henry At, arrested in connection with the incident. Police investigations indicate Lang died on route to the station after a fight with Poepas and two native women earlier in the evening.

Governor Dole Calls Special Session For Land Auction

At a morning executive council meeting Governor Dole announced a special session to consider appointments and a land auction on Maui. The council authorized Lands Commissioner to auction Omauple land on Correa’s application at the bid price around 847 or $450, with other unfinished matters noted. Participants included Secretary Cooper Superintendent Atkinaga and Land Commissioner Boyd.

Oregon Arrives at Harbor for Week Long Stay

Davis Succeeds in Getting a Non-Sat

The case of Camachi v Brown moved before Judge Robinson after the High Sheriff faced a $10,000 damages claim from an inmate injured in jail three years ago. Attorney George A.
