A two story club house and hospital for the See Yep Fourth Dialect Chinese clan will be built on King Street Palama by the See Yeps. The project costs about 8000 dollars and aims to care for sick and distressed members of the clan with a government charter backing the venture. A general clan meeting and officer selection will occur in December to inaugurate the asylum and consolidate Fourth Dialect people.
