On Saturday June 28 1902 at noon at the Judiciary building front, lease of the Wallau lane on Molokai totaling about 2000 acres will be sold at public auction for 100 dollars per year, with annual rent payable in advance. Conditions require forest lands be used for forestry only and promptly fenced to protect from wild cattle, trees to be cut only with written permission from the Commissioner of Public Lands.
