In Judge Robinson's court Frank Thompson testified on Beepave Serta Berpa's divorce. Berpa claimed service of papers occurred while Berpa's wife lived with him, requesting dismissal as the court weighed possible contempt.

Charles Hubert faced Police Court for selling whiskey without a license in a billiard parlor. He was found guilty and fined 100 dollars. An informer verified the sale by presenting a marked coin to trigger the purchase. Proceedings were initiated against Maubert after the whiskey purchase was traced to a cash register.
Masaki, a Japanese chauffeur fined 50 yesterday for striking a woman on Fort Street, was rear-rested by Detective Lake after a brief release. He faces a charge under County Ordinance 11, Bee toh S, for operating a motor vehicle without required examination and certification as a chauffeur. Honolulu has 547 registered automobiles and at least 727 licensed chauffeurs. Masaki slated to appear in court Monday morning to answer the new complaint.
Reported to be deadlocked after a regional trial, the SAS jury failed to reach a verdict. Court announced a new trial date set for next Tuesday as jurors were excused for dinner after a six o clock session.
