PROGRAM IS ARRANGED HAWAIIAN JOCKEY CLUB RACES THREE DAYS
The Hawaiian Jockey Club laid out a three day racing program with multiple cups and purses including the Union Feed Company Cup one mile dash and a 2:40 trot. Hawaiian bred entries and free for all races are listed with purses from 50 to 200. The schedule sets Friday June 14 through Saturday June 15 with various hurdles Pauline driving and pony races plus a handicap event and a note that Section 1 Rule 9 limits entries to one horse per owner. New members were elected including W H Smith and Lieutenant Hancock.

Circuit Court Ends with Lack of Jurisdiction
A Honolulu Circuit Court appeal from the Honolulu District Court collapsed when a misdrawn record prevented proper jurisdiction. The case was withdrawn from the jury and dismissed, leaving the lower court’s judgment intact. Rights and probate actions involving David Dayton and A A Dolton were noted along with an inventory of estate items and securities. An injunction on a fountain exhibition was challenged by a mob overturning barriers and removing enclosures near Villa Nagionyly.

Buckeye Club Reception in Honolulu Honors Ohio Society
The Buckeye Club of Hawaii held a reception at the home of Dr and Mrs Whitney with over thirty attendees. The evening featured decorations refreshments and musical numbers including an Ohio reminiscence by Rev Mr Rice. A formal resolution praising Ohio and its representatives was adopted and sent to officials in Ohio and California.
