News from New York reports near arrival of big sugar cargoes aboard the steamers Pennsylvania Conemaugh and Oregonian. Pennsylvania left January 6 with 2950 tons Pioneer Mill Co sugar and arrived by April 30. Conemaugh left January 21 with 2606 tons Island sugar and is overdue. Oregonian, American Hawaiian line, is about seventy days out, typical passage around sixty five days.
