Government Band to Play at Eroma Square Tonight

Emin Navare reports the government band will present a newal concert at Eroma Square this evening at 7 80. The program includes a cornet solo by Mr Charles Kreuter and pieces such as Bergin Over Litowst and Ritenberg Walte Love's Old Sweet Saties with titles reflecting a variety of marches and selections by Fantaria and others.

Pitcher Wood Dies at 19 from Tuberculosis

George Wood, a well known baseball pitcher, died this morning at Lana lilo Home from tuberculosis at age nineteen. He had been ailing for weeks and contracted the fatal disease due to neglect. Tests to arrange proper care were pursued but he could not be saved.

Japan to send cruiser to Hawaii to protect residents

The Japan Time and Japanese Gazette report Cabinet decisions to dispatch the cruiser Naniwa to Hawaii for protection of Japanese residents.
