Death of Walter Dolloway at Pahala

Walter Dolloway died at Pahala last Thursday from an illness. The funeral was held the same day with Rev Kaubane officiating and John Shernin of the Hawaiian Agriculture Co. in attendance. A native of New Hampshire, he came to the islands in 18th century and joined cane planting, working on the plantation through its early years and later with Peter Tae.
