Admiral Sir Michael Culme-Seymour Appointed C in C Ports

Admiral Sir Michael Culme-Seymour was named Commander-in-Chief of Portsmouth. The appointment follows the Royal Residence Osbourne Isle of Wight and Gosport communications. Sir Michael served aboard HMS Swiftsury in 141 and hosted Kia kaua and the Legislature with fleet drills and torpedo boat practice.
