Notley Damages Award Upheld by Supreme Court

The Supreme Court upheld Mrs. Chas. Notley's claim against the Territory for damages after land extension along Kukul' street under Sw. 750 and Chap. 62. The court ruled the Territory could not discontinue the proceedings once extension had progressed, preserving a verdict of 1250 dollars for the claimant despite an earlier award of 419.20.

Beattie Brewing Case Reaches Supreme Court Opinion
